I own a bungalow in Marlborough in NE Calgary.  Bought it 8 years ago and one tenant has lived there for the whole time.  They need to move to an assisted living situation and I do not have the time or energy to fix this home up - needs flooring, paint, kitchen upgrade, bathroom renos, etc.  All the things you would expect in a home that has not been touched in over 8 years!!

The sale price reflects the renovations needed.  If you know Calgary you know this area is FANTASTIC area, both for a great hold or a flip.
