    ATTENTION INVESTORS:

    If you are looking for monthly cash flow and a short term real estate investment with a pre-determined exit strategy, consider a JV with Home in Sight. We specialize in Rent to Own investments, and have set up more than 20 RTO deals over the last 4 years in Alberta and BC.

    We have a solid opportunity for a serious investor in Surrey, REIN's 2011 No 1 Top Investment town for BC. We would normally set this up as our own deal, but due to the current lending policies and the number of mortgages we are on, we are unable to qualify for financing at this time. Thus, we require an investor to purchase the home for our qualified Rent To Own client. The RTO client has a substantial option deposit, and will be working directly with our mortgage broker to attain bank financing at term.     In a nutshell:
    • This is a 2 yr commitment.
    • We are bringing more than 10% of the down payment to the table.
    • Your share of cash flow would be about $600 monthly after all expenses.
    • You are on title and hold 70% of the Joint Venture.
