A family member of mine is coming to Edmonton for work, along with a co-worker and his son.

They're looking for a whole house or a 3 bedroom main floor suite. A garage is a must.

Their preference right now is short term just until they get their bearings and then they'll be able to make a longer term ommitment, probably within 3-4 months.

It would be great if it was furnished or partly furnished. I have some stuff in storage so I can help them out short term etc.

They need this ASAP just so they can get rolling & working - they could do a 3-4 month commitment right now or a month to month.

My existing tenant is looking for a smaller place (2 bedroom) near the University. I'd like to keep him as a tenant, because he honoured his lease despite having broken up with his girlfriend and having to foot the entire rent himself. He is looking for a smaller place as he doesn't need a 3 bedroom townhouse all to himself.

Jimmy will be graduating from the UofA this year and has been very responsible with my property. I would certainly recommend him. He will be looking to move out by the end of April 2013. If you have an 2 bedroom property near the UofA and are interested, please let me know and I will connect you.

Hi, I have a tenant who has been with us for a little more than a year renting our basement suite in Garrison Woods. She has been an excellent tenant - clean, quiet, always pays rent on time. She would like to move out and find a place that is not a basement suite as she can now afford to pay higher rent with the increase in her income.

If any of you guys have an apartment or main floor suite that you can rent out for no more than $1100, just for her, no roommates, please let me know. She wants to stay in the SW area, inner city to be near her work at Signal Hill.

I have started advertising my place as well. It's a 2 bedroom basement suite - around 900 sq ft. She gave me notice to move out end of June and I already started advertising when she started to worry that she might not find a place. So I told her I'd help her out so hopefully things will work out great for everyone.
