The plan was to rent a 4 bedroom house to a crew as there is lots of this kind of activity in Fort Sask. However the insurance is telling me this would be classified as a rooming house because all people are individual. Searching for insurance is proving to be challenging. I was wondering if anyone has rented to a crew of workers and how they dealt with it?
