Hi there, is anyone familiar with the required parking laws for tenants ? I'm wondering about a 6 bedroom suited house I'm getting ready to rent out( 3 bedroom up and 3 down) currently I have a single garage with room for one car in front of the garage and then street parking. Im thinking about relocating some chain link fence and removing a garden to add 2 more parking spaces. I figure the tenants wouldn't be too interested in gardening and it would be a big weedy area in no time anyways.. Thanks Kris
