Need advice on yard maintenance

     I have single family homes that I rent out.  The issue is that the tenants don't care when it comes to yard maintenance.  Grass is not cut frequently and weeds are galore!  Any ideas as this is really affecting curb appeal and neighbours don't seem too happy!
