*decent* property manager in Kelowna BC?

Hey - I don't know if this is just the norm but where are all the halfway decent property managers in Kelowna BC?

If anyone has a contact I would greatly appreciate it.

A caretaking service is a good alternative if you are perhaps smaller, and/or manage single family units. They are unlicensed so there are restrictions, however often provide a better and more personal service. Many owners are doing this now especially in extended downturns as we are experiencing right now.

PM for single family homes is a joke. It is basically just a leasing commission. Better to hire a "babysitter / caretaker" and build out your own monthly PM report. Really simple

- budget & variance
- planned cyclicals
- discussions with tenants
- renewals / lease expirations
- exit strategy
