Hi All
I'am new to REINSPACE
I have been actively looking for a house (semi/town house) within Brampton area. I Started off with a budget of 550-600k and going by the trend prices are shooting up day by day.

I want to have an opinion on

1.End unit brand new Town House 2000sq ft. with builder basement for 700k be a wise move?
I have tried going in few multiple/bidding wars and its chaotic. Example an end unit Town listed for 575k selling for 709k.

2.There are few end unit Town houses which are as good as Semis and they Assignment deals
Are there any obligations or any pecuiliar points that needs to be taken care of before going in for such deals?

My question is
Does a 700k brand new end unit Town house assignment deal makes sense in comparision to
Brand new houses like Paradise ,Mattamy houses in which i can get semi for 720k with closing of Jan2018
