Hello,
New Forum member here...
I am a documentary television producer based in Toronto.
I currently own two Duplexes in Barrie Ontario and looking for my next opportunity .
I feel Barrie is too expensive now and looking for another market in Ontario perhaps North Bay ( a young guy I know with contracting skills and motivation is moving there.)
Any local residential investors / leads to credible local realtors in North Bay would be much appreciated!

I would highly highly recommend Murray Powers. Great guy and great realtor. We have bought property through him.
When starting out in RE investing we were looking at duplexes triplexes etc. Murray introduced us to an other investor who had eventually gotten to 20 plexes and he convinced us to start at that size. He understands the game as a widely experienced multiple entrepreneur.

Call Murray Powers, he connected us to a property manager there whose name I can't remember but I did meet her before we left. She seemed fine.
