We just purchased a duplex in chilliwack that we are going to do a minor renovation to change it into a four plex.because we are from the lower mainland and driving out is at least 1.5 hr each way .we are trying to determine what we should do...a lot of people we know that renovated their house swear by

For flooring cost For a basic install is 2.5o/sq ft..some charge per hr other a flat fee. Which is better?
We would appreciate suggestion is it better to hire someone to do all. Or to get Home Depot to do flooring. And IKEA to do kitchen.
