Hi there,

I've read about half of Mark Loeffler's Rent-to-Own book and there's something I still don't get although its probably terribly obvious -how is it so much better for cash flow? The premium that the tenant pays on their rent is being saved for their eventual down payment. I don't see how the remaining rent vs. expenses is better than any other scenario. Need enlightening....
