I'm in the process of looking for a vacation property and because of all the knowledge I've gained from being a REIN member, decided to go without a realtor and view the properties with the listing agent.   My hope is to save about 70K on agent's fees - the seller only has to pay his agent .  Now that I'm getting closer to writing an offer, I 'm starting to get spooked! Are there any problems or pitfalls I should be aware of ????
