Hi, I am trying to buy a condo that is a foreclosure. The seller refuses to negotiate further unless I remove a condition that I wrote in that says I must obtain and approve the condo docs. I still have a financing condition on the contract. Can I remove the condo doc condition now and then NOT remove the financing condition if the condo docs don't meet my approval? Could there be any risk to doing this?
