I've just posted an add for my condo to rent and decided to see what kind of response I would get if I wrote a little story about the property, instead of the basic listings.  The photos are not up to date unfortunately.  I'll be doing some renos when my current tenants move out at the end of April and by that time, I'll be able to read the book on magnetic real estate photo taking.  :)
