Hi folks. I have a property with a family in it. They have been up to $6000 behind (yeah I know) and have been able to catch up to within $2500 recently. They "hope" to be paid up by the end of March. I have a one year lease with them up May 1st. I have a LTO buyer who would like it for May 1st. I would like to wait until the last moment to give notice to increase the chance that I get the monies owed.  Do I need to give more than one month's notice?
