Hey members.  I'm located in Ontario and I'm considering investing with my brother in a proposed 812 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Edmonton.  I say proposed because it is pre-construction.  He already has put 5% down and the price was $174,000.  It is the Element condo in the McConachie neighbourhood.  Any insight to the type of rents I can expect to be getting in this area as well as vacancy rates so that I can analyze whether I should go 50/50 with my bro would be a great help.  He also lives in Fort Mac so we would need a property manager to manage it for us so if you know of any good property managers in Edmonton that would be great as well.
