Hi,

I have a tenant who wants to sublet one of the rooms to their friends.  I have asked them to fill a rental application.  However, they do not want their friend on the lease, they want to have their own lease. 

I am concerned with this in the event of an eviction.  How do we evict the subletted tenant?
