I've been looking for my first investment property in Pickering and wanted to connect with other investors in Pickering.
Would love to hear where in Pickering you have bought your properties in, the challenges and joys you've experienced, and anything else that would be helpful for me to move forward and take action : )

I've been looking at condo townhouses situated north of Hwy 401, and between Liverpool and Brock, near the mall.
The specific complex that interest me is in 1635 Pickering Parkway and 1623 Pickering Parkway.  I've heard that tenant profile can be a bit of a challenge in this area. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated.
