It seems like i should know this but i would appreciate some help. A tenants lease was up in March and we verbally agreed on month to month until Sept. 1st and then he would have to sign a 8 month lease so no moves in the winter. For mortgage purposes i have to show i still have this tenant. How do i show it on the lease. Do i need to make a new one? Thanks for your help.
