I already studied the renovation secrets system and I was wondering if anyone can give tips on flipping houses especially in a buyers market? I"m currently doing this to support myself and to build up my investment capital. I'm kind of running on buying below market value of course, maybe renovate over the norm, and home staging? Are there any other tips?

Also, i'm keen on continuous learning so can anyone recommend other flipping books?
