Hi, Does anyone know an investor who would be interested in buying 3 rental properties from an estate. The properties are inthe London/St-Thomas, Ontario area. The seller just wants to get rid of them, $5,000 each and take over the mortgages. The estate must get rid of these. Thanks, Emmett
