     Hey REIN members
    We were sitting on the deck sipping G&T's when the conversation of investing in Courtnay BC came up.  Courtenay BC is a beautiful place to visit, or retire.  Does anyone know what the real estate investing climate is in Courtenay?  Hot, cold, neutral?
