I'm wondering if any landlords use tenant satisfactions surveys. If you do, how often do you send and how beneficial are they to your business? Do you have any template you mind sharing?

https://www.tenantverification.ca/ may be used for checking applicants but not reporting them. Haven't heard of a tenant / landlord database in Canada but that may be something useful.

Southern Ontario (London, Sarnia, Windsor) still have some of the most affordable homes for sale.

You could use kijiji and put a free listing, but I find it's worth to spend a few bucks to make the ad featured.

Ecobee looks promising! But it seems they don't support Android, only Apple for controlling devices.

Have a look in Southern Ontario. Prices are still on the low end, but the market is really starting to heat up.

What are some cool tech products/upgrades for real estate? I am looking for something geared towards landlords and their rental properties. Ideas I got so far: keyless entry, nest thermostat, solar panels, and automatic door for pets. Any other ideas?
