    After you enter the property in Analyzer, the Summary page has a button for a financial summary that will give you the 5 yr ROI. There is also a button for a detailed cash flow and summary cash flow report. Brian

    REMA for Macs

    You could try going to microsoft.com and do a search for MDAC. Find the latest version (2.8??), download and install it. This will load in the latest data access controls. Also, there is a Jet database driver update you might need - I don`t think it comes with MDAC any more. Do a search for that...
