I have a mortgage broker whom forwards me people for rent-to-own. However, my area of expertise and present clients invest in Barrie, Innisfil & Orillia area. He brought me someone that would like Aurora.
I love Aurora and grew up there but haven`t been there in a long time. I know the real estate prices are higher there, what kind of rent would make it a positive cash flow? Anyway, if there`s someone here that invests in Aurora, please email me. Thank you!
