Hello REIN Members!Please help me to help out a very nice family in need.I have a property lined up to buy, but I need a Joint Venture partner for downpayment and to qualify for mortgage.
Here is the story.
The family who owns the 1/2 duplex in Ozerna (66st 161ave) are immigrants from Boznia who have been working their tails off since they arrived in Canada (Full time jobs + Part time in the evenings with 3 kids to boot).
They have managed to buy 2 - 1/2 duplexes and now they need to sell one of them to finish paying for their elderly parents` apartment back in Bosnia.
The cash call is right away.
