Hello:
I know it says no advertising, but the public forums don`t include the classified ads for rentals. And besides, I`m not making a plug for myself, just trying to help someone out.
Ok, enough pre-amble. I have a professional couple from Nova Scotia looking for a place to rent in Sherwood Park preferably. They have no kids, no pets, non-smoking.
They are both 40+ years, and they require a 2 bedroom, 1 bath place. Would much rather move into a townhouse or a house (not an apartment please), and their price limit is $1650.
I have spoken to the wife, she made a nice first impression - she says they`re "boring" -, and from what I gather she works at CIBC (don`t know what the husband does). I had a condo available, but it is now spoken for by another tenant who acted more quickly.
