I need a referal to a good accountant experienced in real estate

Many REIN Members use Navaz Murji no matter where they live. I never choose my professional team based on geography, I choose them on experience in the subject I need them to be knowledgeable in.

I to am looking for a CA not only for RE purposes also for a franchise I am researching. The last one I spoke to, when I asked him about his experience in RE he said "well I always tell my clients to make sure they do as much repairs themselves as they can and thats how they make money, not if they have to call someone else to do the work" I wonder if this guy does his own plumbing to save the $40 to 50 per hr while he himself charges +$200 per hr??? Needless to say I am looking for someone else, I am in the St. Catharines-Hamilton ON area, if anyone can give me a reference I would appreciate it.
