The easiest thing to do is design your own persoanlized sign and then have a sign comapny make them up on coroplast (Fluted plastic sign material, has different names from different manufacturers). The cost will be about $20-30 apiece for a small run with prices dropping for larger runs because they will silkscreen them vs vinyl lettering.
Cheap, easy and personalized.

Any sign shop can make them for you, if you talk to a realtor and ask where they get theirs, that sign shop will likely be cheaper and have the stand you need as well.
