I`m looking for qualifying partners that can get a good mortgage (preferrably high ratio / insured financing) and want to take part in some of the work involved with managing an investment. Or people who would like to become homeowners but don`t have a downpayment. I can help you get into the Calgary market.
I invest in Calgary mainly in foreclosures, we have a number of opportunities that we need to get good financing for immediately. (I can still get a mortgage, but the choices are becoming limited due to the fact that I`m self-employed).
