Does anyone know where I can find examples of cover letters for when I am making an offer of a property?

As I recall, that subject was covered at ACRE, so there should be examples in your binder.

Just type in 'cover letter' in the "Search Here" box. I was searching them yesterday and there are quite a few threads as well as examples.
