Property in Abbostford

We are trying to decide if we should invest more in the Abbostford area or sell once the Golden Ears Bridge project is competed in 2009. The demand in the lower mainland is so high for housing I would expect that with the addition of the bridge more families who live in condos can move outward in search for a house because the bridge is planning to reduce 30 mins of travel time. Any thoughts....?

Your question is very timely as this week Canadian Business magazine released their latest survey on areas that are the best in which to do business. Abbotsford was rated as the best place in BC. (You can see a quick re-cap on the front of the Abbotsford News September 22nd edition) and also in the September issue of Canadian Business Magazine.

Growth there will continue, jobs along the Mt. Lehman Corridor will continue to pour in and with increased accessibility over the coming decade (and it`s proximity to Vancouver), the area is poised to be one of the leaders in the lower mainland.

Take out the Goldmine Scorecard and ask the key questions of the economic development office.
