I am looking into a property manager called Art Evans. Comes highly recommended by other people who have worked with him. He is located in Welland but does the whole Niagara Region as well. He also knows his way around the Tribunal people so that is important. He also is good at taking care of tenants who dont pay their rent. Or at least this is what others have told me.
