Purchased Revenue Property to Live / Rent in Ucluelet

As avid surfers and new parents to our now two year old son, we got tired of the hustle and bustle of City life in Vancouver and sold our Richmond property and purchased a waterfront log fusion cabin in Ucluelet situated on just over an acre parcel with Guest Cottage zoning. The property already has two purpose built revenue cabins on it in addition to a third rental suite below. Estimated cap rate is at approx. 5% while living there. We are really excited at the prospect of our new lifestyle and already own an investment home there currently. We are really excited to start our journey on revenue properties to gain more free time!
