First and foremostA huge thank you from Brian and I to all of you who have spent so much time in helping us in making REMA the most comprehensive Real Estate Analysis and Management program available anywhere at any price. This is surely the largest project in the history of REIN, and we couldn`t have done it without you!We haven`t seen a program bug for a while now (phew!) and we are indebted to you all for helping to find and report them to us, and for your improvement suggestions and testing of new features during the trial period. We know those bugs created more work and some frustration for you especially in the early days of the trial, and we sincerely appreciate your sticking with it. If you haven`t seen REMA for a while you`re in for a pleasant surprise. So once again, thank you!Brian and I will be at all the May REIN meetings in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. Analyze potential purchases
- With a little practice you can now fully analyze a property in 5 minutes or less, with all the REIN analysis tools including the Goldmine Scorecard
, the Due Diligence Checklist
and much more.

Transfer the Analyzed Property to your Portfolio

Once you have an accepted offer, just one click and all your information is transferred to your Portfolio database. No need to enter information twice, ever! That`s a fundamental element of REMA.

Manage any or all aspects of your Portfolio

Have it your way - track just the basics or absolutely everything, or somewhere in between – you decide. Record as much data as you want to on Income, Expenses, Insurance info, Suite and Tenancy info, Goods on Site, Maintenance, Calculate Future Values (and your pre-tax cash proceeds of a future sale, and more. Even link your photos and files to all your individual properties in REMA. You can do virtually anything from within the program itself.

Reminders for everything that needs attention

You won`t have to remember to do anything at all – REMA does the remembering for you, so you can focus on the things a computer program can`t do for you. And you can send those reminders to whomever you choose, based on the advance period settings that you chose in `My Preferences`, with suggested standard settings already pre-loaded for you.

You`ll know what your cashflow and cash position will be every month for up to 5 years – so you`ll know what you can afford to buy and when to access credit lines well in advance. Getting Started, Support and Training

Getting yourself set up in REMA has now become pretty easy. Most Users spend about 90 minutes setting up their individual preferences and Vendors and Banking info. And within 3-4 hours you should be ready to roll. And REMA users are telling us that entering your properties averages 30-40 minutes each.Within a couple of days we will have uploaded to our website an audio/video recording of nearly the full REMA 101 Training Workshop (that hundreds of you have attended live).Of course we and Right Side will continue the Live Training in each of the REIN cities across Canada!And you can rest assured that we will continue to provide our high level of assistance and technical support for all our subscribers.OK, that`s all very nice, butWhy would I invest $20 a month on REMA? – How will it make me better?
