Seller Assisted Financing

Hey all,

Im looking to hear back from investors who have been having success getting sellers of residential properties to offer seller assisted financing. Would love to know what seems to be working for people, what hasnt been working and if anyone has been working with any RE Salespeople who are willing to present this financing option to their clients.
