Should I start a Corp to own my property

I am 25 years old and bought my first home last summer in Chilliwack BC. I am passionate about real estate and am excited to purchase my first investment property (my goal is January 1, 2008). I plan on purchasing many properties in the future in the bank will allow it and if i can find JV partners.

Should I be starting a corporation that will own the properties at this point or should i wait until if have a few under my belt. I want to move very efficiently and would like to start of right? Any advice for a very young investor?

Also, Any advice on the market in the Fraser Valley (Chilliwack) becuase that is were i am most interested in purchasing my first property.
