What are your thoughts on Stoney Creek area in Hamilton.

If a cash-flow neutral property comes up in that area, would it be a good investment from an appreciation perspective, particularly near the expected COnfederation Go station?

What is the going rental rate there for a 1300 sq ft vs a 1700
Sq ft townhouse?

More land/housing developments in the area plus 2 colleges, 2 hospitals, international airport, future LRT, rezoning of residential to commercial, etc. Just my 50cents.....
