Hi Folks,
We have been investigating an offer to take on the Management of a Boutique Hotel which is being stratified early in the new year. I have questions concerning the assumption (purchase) of assets being asked of the management company. Has anyone any experience in this kind of set up ? What is the norm for this kind of arrangement?
