    * Asking: $3.5 mil
    * This site is directly across the street from the newly built area hospital (front entrance)
    * Shovel ready with all permits in place
    * 45,000 sq ft building - blueprints and drawings included
    * Top rated builder available to offer a turn key investment for $6.770 mil
    * Conduized - can sell sections of the building (pharmacy, walkin clinic, etc) which could pay for the entire project
    * Imaging license also available (very rare) for $1.5 mil - should pay for itself within a year or two
