I currently own 100% of 2 rental properties - and would like to purchase more. I am going to need to learn about joint venturing to obtain my goals. Therefore, I would like to do a JV with someone that has used a variety of JV`s so I can learn through experience and create a relationship with someone that can be a resource for my other future JV`s.
I have some capital - but am most likely unable to qualify for new mortgages because of cash flow. My preference is single dwelling homes (no condos). I live in Alberta - so would prefer an Alberta partner.
