In January 2008 my wife Karen and I joined REIN. It was daunting and nerve wracking at first but we did it and found a suites home that was cash flowing.
We talked it up quite a bit and found other people were interested as well! So we then JV'd into 4 more that are all flowing cash in various amounts. Two Springs ago and just before the Alberta flood, we found a piece of property we had described nearly to the exact detail in our Belize.
After many hard hours of work and balancing real jobs, property management, life and teenage kids, we moved in last week!!
We have been blessed! Thanks REIN!! The formula is simple and admittedly boring at times and it works!
