I have one rental property in the past and using turbotax for my tax filings but I added second property last year. I am wondering Can I still make it with turbotax or better to start having a tax consultant? Any pros and cons?
We use Profile Tax software at our tax practice here in Vancouver but I believe TurboTax can also have multiple properties on the T776 Rental Schedule. The only problem that you might have is if Turbo tax can handle the depreciation on two separate buildings (if you are taking advantage of that).
