I did the training because I've had a lot of people ask me about rent to own because their current tenants would like to buy their properties or because they'd like to get rid of their properties and now is not necessarily the best time to sell the conventional way.
Plus a lot of people are eagerly anticipating the onslaught of potential money partners. So why not prepare yourself now?
It's not like we don't have the time. LOL
