I would like to retract my previous recommendation to GP investors to use Exit Realty for PM. We have had several bad experiences with them and have had to pull our properties. We have lost a good deal of money because of their bad judgment and bad managment. We are still cleaning up the mess, making repairs and dealing with a bad tenant that they moved in. I know that some of you have gone to them based on my previous posts praising their service, but I can no longer encourage anyone to do that.

I have the same sentiments. I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. I have also been double billed for an adverstisement. Oh well, as a wise man once said, try try again!
