A long time ago I had used Credit Info Canada for tenant credit checks. They have since gone out of business. What are other recommendations for tenant screening service providers are there?

Try http://www.rentcheckcorp.com/ Along with credit reports, RentCheck has a great new (to me) Tenancy Reporting feature to report on things like good standing, non-payment, judicial decisions etc. There is preferred pricing for REIN Members as well. Sign into your Member Back Office, click on Knowledge Vault, then Critical Documents, then Deal and Discounts. Scroll down to RentCheck and open to their flyer to get more information.
