How to approach petential seller already behind payment

Hi,

I came cross someone already behind payment for two-month. I`m think he may be have some equity on his property. But I don`t know how to talk to him regarding this. Or is there any script I can follow?

Any input would be appreciated!!!

Newbie take:

"Are you interested in selling your house?"

If no, schedule for follow up - things can change

If yes - use a version of the Property Info sheet, and get the basic info to see if you have any spread....

There are many scripts floating around.

There's also one on page 208 of Ron Legrand's Quick Turn book.



An excellent one was also handed out during the Quick Turn bootcamp.
