Strong rent-to-own tenant looking for investor

Hi all,

I'm a new member to the REIN community (joined after the recent ACRE event in Calgary). A good friend of mine is considering being a tenant in a rent-to-own in a 'tenant-first' type arrangement and is looking for an investor. He owns his own condo and is considering renting it out and moving into a rent-to-own in downtown/inner-city Calgary. He would want to be able purchasing the place around 2 years after starting as a rent-to-own tenant. His details are below:

- Engineer with oil and gas super-major in Calgary with stable and secure job (~5 years experience)
- Strong income ($100k+)
- Strong credit
- Some equity in own condo (~30%+)
