We are proud to be NEW REIN members. We are located in the Timmins, Ontario area and are here for any REIN member who would need information or support for the Northern Ontario Regions. We are excited to learn and grown with REIN. We have a network of REIN members who have investments available as well in our northern area.

We used Unity Property Management in Timmins for our buildings and had very bad experiences with them. They had extremely poor record keeping (deposits didn't balance with rents often), extremely poor repairs/handiwork they did themselves; we had to pay extra money just to fix what they did, and they gave the wrong notices to evict tenants.

I would not recommend Unity and would stay a few arms lengths away from them.
