I am in the process of building up my business of investing in real estate. Presently I have 8 properties in the East coast of Canada. We own 4 apartment condos and 2 townhouses in Saint John, NB and 1 full duplex in New Waterford, NS.
I am looking to build up the business in Calgary and to make it large enough that it will become my full time job.
I now have a 5 properties in Calgary, a triplex in Radisson, A up down duplex and a single family property in Forest Lawn. I property in Cedarbrae and one in McKenzie Lake.
I have a wonderful wife and a fantastic daughter.
